How do I ensure my solar garden statue works properly?
Please turn the switch at the bottom to the "ON" position before first use. Place the statue in a spot with direct sunlight for 6–8 hours to fully charge. It will automatically light up at night!
Can I leave these statues outside during rain or winter?
Yes! Our products are made of high-grade resin with a waterproof coating. However, during extreme weather like heavy snow or storms, we recommend bringing them indoors to prolong their vibrant colors and lifespan.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
How do I clean my garden decor?
To keep your WONDHOME decor looking new, simply wipe it with a damp cloth to remove dust. For the solar panel, keep it clear of dirt or leaves to ensure it can absorb maximum sunlight.
